First Bank & Trust is proud to announce Brian Trapp as Milbank Community Bank President.

Brian has dedicated five years to First Bank & Trust as Senior Agri-Business Banker and Department Manager. He is a Milbank native, and his commitment to the community is at the forefront of the way he leads his team.

“I continue to see First Bank & Trust Milbank as a customer service-focused branch that actively serves the needs of our community members,” said Brian. “I am excited to lead such a community-oriented branch and staff and continue to provide the best banking experience to all our customers across the area.”

In addition to his role as Community Bank President, Brian is also a chairperson for the Central Church Endowment Group, a church council member, and a volunteer youth wrestling coach. His active involvement in the Milbank community is one of the reasons First Bank & Trust Regional Market President Jeff Lee believes Brian is a great fit for this position.

“As a native of Milbank, Brian is deeply embedded in the community. This new leadership role with the bank will allow him to expand his already positive impact with his staff and the surrounding community,” said Jeff.

In his free time, Brian enjoys the outdoors, hunting, and fishing. If he’s not at the bank, you can often find him and his family at their cabin on Big Stone Lake.
