Maddie Petersen is Director of Retail Banking at First Bank & Trust with over 14 years of retail banking experience. Maddie's responsibilities include strategic planning, collaborating with First Bank & Trust’s retail teams, and leading the Metro Engagement Committee's community involvement efforts.
Maddie has a bachelor's degree in strategic communication planning from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. She is a member of the Minnesota Bankers Association and supports her community through work with BestPrep, EveryMeal, and Habitat for Humanity and serves as treasurer of her son's school PTA. When not at work, Maddie enjoys traveling, boating, local art, cheering on the Packers, and attending stand-up comedy shows. She and her husband Tim live with their son Harry and cat Bubby.
