Spencer joined First Bank & Trust in May of 2020 as Community Bank President in Princeton. In his role, he is responsible for Commercial loan growth and managing the overall profitability of the Princeton branch. Prior to joining First Bank & Trust, Spencer worked as a commercial lender, branch manager and vice president for another financial institution. He is currently a member of the Monticello and Big Lake Chambers of Commerce and the Pebble Creek Men’s Club.
A Coon Rapids, Minnesota native and graduate of University of Minnesota Duluth, Spencer spends his free time golfing, fishing, watching sports and hanging out with family and friends. He and his wife, Kari, have two sons, Hank and Brody.
