Jeanne Sheehan joined the organization in 2004 as Mortgage Loan Officer and specializes in assisting first time home buyers with South Dakota Housing, FHA, VA and conventional loans. She attended Mount Marty College and Lake Area Technical Institute. Jeanne has more than 20 years in the Real Estate and Banking industry, her knowledge, love of real estate and customer service ensures her customers have an excellent mortgage experience.
Sheehan is an active member of the Board of Realtors, serves on the Board of Directors for the Watertown Laker Hockey Association and helps with Make a Wish and United Way. She enjoys running, walking, reading, boating, waterskiing, jet-skiing, golfing, watching hockey and spending time with her family. She and her husband, Steve, have two boys and three dogs. Jeanne is a Watertown native and enjoys the Watertown community and all that it offers.
Tyler DeBoer brings nearly two decades of financial services experience to his role as Senior Wealth Advisor at First Bank & Trust. Joining the bank in 2018, his responsibilities include investment management, financial planning and estate planning.
Tyler earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from South Dakota State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota. He also carries two designations: CTFA (Certified Trust and Financial Advisor) and AFIM (Accredited Fiduciary Investment Manager.)
Active in the Watertown community, Tyler participates in Rotary and United Way. In his free time, Tyler enjoys hunting, golfing, fishing, travel and any of his kids’ activities. He and his wife Kate have three children.
