Steve graduated from South Dakota State University in 1991 with a B.S. degree in Commercial Economics. Steve joined First Bank & Trust in 1989 and has experience in many areas of banking, including retail, insurance and consumer lending, and has been a Mortgage Lending Officer since 1998.
Steve resides in Brookings with his wife and three sons.
Jennifer has worked in many aspects of lending during her banking career, starting out as a Loan Accountant before becoming a Consumer Loan Processor and then a Consumer Loan Officer. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, Jen educates and assists customers with their home-buying process; she very much enjoys working with people and helping them achieve the dream of home ownership. She was recognized as the Loan Officer of the Year by South Dakota Housing in 2009, 2010 and 2013. She is a graduate of Southeast Technical Institute with degrees in Business and Marketing.
A native of Brookings, Jen is active in the community as a member of the Brookings Regional Builders Association, East Central Board of Realtors and Brookings High School Finance Education Committee. She is also involved with Habitat for Humanity. She and her husband Robb have a daughter, Sophie.
